The place got me real excited. Well, we all eat out and sometimes eat out a lot but very seldom do we get to indulge in unique delicacies. This is one of those places which is anything but boring and usual.

The food takes inspiration from California, the decor from New York and the music is very Cuban and Latin in spirit. While digging-in at The Hungry Monkey, I genuinely felt like a judge of one the top-rated Master Chef series as the food is of top quality and reflects suitable thought and experimentation.

So, now about their offerings, their dishes don’t only sound and look good but taste absolutely divine as well- Expresso Pan Fried Chicken made with a Light Coffee Sauce; Roasted Beetroot Tartare with Mascarpone, Mint & Toasted Pine Nuts; Classic Tuna Tartare on a Bed of Rocket & Crumbled Walnuts;  Beer Batter Basa Fish Fillet served with Caesar Salad & Crispy Fries among others are worth mentioning. For all seafood lovers, there is much for you to choose from 🙂

The bar menu is equally impressive. The Hungry Monkey serves its signature cocktails, the Old-Fashioned and the Manhattan, classic as well as smoked.
